My closest unsung hero is my husband. He has been out delivering food to the elderly and the poor, there’s doctor friends that are out there working overtime too. The most unreal rumour heard was that humans can get COVID-19 from dogs. People just abandoning their pets as a result of this! It's crazy.

I can't talk for others but for my husband and I there's been a change from the time this whole thing started. We have developed a deep sense of gratitude for the simple things in life. We are so grateful to have enough food and water, instead of fretting about the lockdown, we are enjoying our time at home, quiet time with our kids, happy for the opportunity to teach our kids that there's so much more to life than material things.

Sunset colour, the colour I associate to hope, to tomorrow - Nisha Madgaonkar (Triathlete, Ironman Finisher)
