One incident may be helping groups of 40+ migrants get food through the Goa Humanitarian Helpline. It's been started by several friends who are ordinary citizens and grew to a larger network of volunteers all over Goa who all pitched in to donate and deliver supplies.

They are unsung heroes along with others who are making masks right at home to give out to those in need. No, we didn't have notice to prepare for the lockdown and it was very hard to get supplies for the first week. Luckily, we're privileged and wouldn't starve but with elder parents, the uncertainty of getting medicines was disturbing.

When the markets open, I think people will appreciate all the basics that we took for granted before, but I worry about the poor people and also startups like mine, whether we will recover.

A colour I would associate is grey because everything has been gloomy from the news to discussions with friends to helping people in need. Everything is sad right now and associated with fear and struggle. - Sapna Shahani (Volunteer, Business and Marketing Consultant)
